Nurturing relationships for success at Tap’d Solutions

Founded in 2015, Tap’d Solutions is one of the UK’s emerging organisational development consultancies. Our relationship with Tap’d dates back to 2016, when the company was looking to identify a marketing agency who could support them with their growth ambitions.



Throughout our time working with Tap’d we have:

  • Designed a new brand identity, including new logo, website and suite of sales materials
  • Developed a content marketing strategy, including a library of reports, blogs and webinars
  • Introduced quarterly in-person forums for HR Leaders, which see between 40-50 senior leaders come together to discuss topical issues
  • Launched the ‘Tap’s Talk HR’ podcast series, which has resulted in over 10,000 downloads
  • Built an engaged community of over 1,750 HR professionals
  • Implemented Hubspot and developed a social media strategy to support the nurturing of this community


Since working with Tap’d, we have grown their average monthly website traffic by 298%, their social media following has grown by 83% on Twitter and 98% on LinkedIn, and they now have over 1,750 engaged HR leaders as part of their community.

They have become our longest-serving client and it’s been a joy to share their journey and we’re excited to work with them for many more years to come.

What has really impressed me with STM is you look at a number of these big consulting firms and what they are promoting and you know they probably have lots of people behind the scenes working on it, with significant budgets. STM has distilled our brand down to work only on the things that will truly improve the brand and to avoid anything that might be in danger of diluting it.
